About the Role

Gravotech, a global innovator in advanced engraving and marking solutions, invites you to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Manager with integrated operations management responsibilities. This strategic role merges sales and marketing acumen with administrational oversight, and driving our order management processes, enhancing our efficiency, and amplifying brand presence across multiple channels. Your contributions will be instrumental in streamlining business development and elevating client experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Marketing Management**
- Closely work with leadership teams to develop and implement business development strategies and action plan for product mix and price positions for planning of sales actions based on geographical locations. Analyse sales product index and ASP’s
- Direct and Indirect channel development. Closely work with distributors to plan various product promotions and advertisements.
- Key Account management for the contract products and service agreements.
- CRM system management. To ensure CRM system is efficiently managed & implement system improvements.
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Orchestrate impactful marketing and product promotion strategies, guide sales and marketing teams to achieve key objectives, cultivate valuable partnerships, and leverage market insights to inform data-driven, targeted campaigns.
- Manage team of sales & marketing professionals & execute plans to achieve targeted results.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and partners and analyse data for strategic decision making.
- Market Analysis & Campaign Development: Collaborate on market research initiatives to refine target audience. Design and execute marketing campaigns that highlight unique value propositions.
- Sales-Market Synergy: Liaise between sales and marketing teams to foster alignment in strategies, optimize lead generation, and support overall business development.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Client Account Management: Lead company’s client account management strategy. Proactively address their issues and escalate as needed
- Cross-functional Sales Collaboration: Align order priorities, logístical strategies, and client requirements, optimising each touchpoint within the sales cycle.
- Vendor Coordination: Facilitate vendor onboarding, manage all commercial documentation and support clients through each stage of the sales process, providing clear and timely updates.
- Contract review & order management: To review in depth all incoming orders to validate specifications and end-to-end monitoring till sales invoicing ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Logistics & Equipment Coordination: Negotiate and Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure seamless equipment delivery scheduling & address any operational concerns promptly to ensure sales cycle managed smoothly
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Skills & Qualifications**

- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with multitasking ability with proven past records
- Administrative & Operational Expertise with skilled in process optimisation, data-driven strategic reporting

**Educational & Experience Requirements**
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing or similar field. MBA preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales & marketing leadership role within related segment.
- Tech Proficiency: Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; experience with CRM systems and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO, or ACT) is highly desirable.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
