As a Sales and Account Manager, your primary goal is to drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring clients. You'll be constantly on the go, conducting product demos, installations and showcasing the benefits and features of our products. This work demands exceptional communication skills, a solid understanding of our products, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

**Prospecting and Client Acquisition**
- Conduct research, network, cold call and appointment setting with potential clients to identify and target them.
- Take initiative steps to approach new clients
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead-generating initiatives.

**Product Demo and Presentation**
- Conduct enticing product demos highlighting how we can fulfil clients’ specific needs.
- Tailor the demonstration to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients

**Client Relationship Management**
- Maintain and manage existing client base.
- Handles sales inquiries and customer support.
- Understand client requirements and provide customised solutions to meet their needs
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices.

**Sales Target Achievement**
- Achieve sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue goals.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.

**Strategic Account Development**
- Develop and execute account plans to maximise revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies for client retention and expansion.

**Communication and Reporting**
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of the project.
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Gather feedback from clients and make suggestions to the management

**Mandatory Qualifications**
- At least 3 years B2B sales experience.
- Specific industry sales experience is required, particularly in selling promotional products, architectural products, or within the printing industry.
- Experience in doing product demos and training.
- Experience in using e-commerce & CRM software.
- A diverse skillset with experience in specific areas like printing, design, point of sale (POS), or selling to marketing managers.
- Must have a driver’s licence
- Must be physically fit
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.

**Ideal Qualifications but not critical**:

- Graphic design skills
- Pre-press proofing skills
- Sales experience in Exhibition and Events

**Behavioural Qualifications**:

- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure, sometimes to very tight deadlines
- Must be results-driven.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing business requirements and direction.
- Resourceful and can think outside the box
