**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leverage your experience with international B2B brands to elevate Exhibit Central’s brand to a competitive global standard, with a focus on the Australian market.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, part-time marketing strategy aligned with Exhibit Central’s business goals.
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing platforms.
- Drive lead generation through both digital and traditional marketing channels, targeting new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as website content, brochures, case studies, and presentations, ensuring effective communication of Exhibit Central’s value.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to inform marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies and new product launches.
- Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on measurable results.
- Manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
- Represent Exhibit Central at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven ability to build strong brands and generate leads.
- Experience in sectors such as Printing, Exhibitions, Retail Displays, Promotional Products, Uniforms, Portable Displays, or Agencies.
- Strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to diverse industries and client needs.
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers like marketing managers.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- A strategic thinker with a focus on achieving measurable business results.

**Engagement Details**: This is a part-time consulting/contract position with flexible hours. There is potential for a long-term relationship depending on business needs and performance.
