Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rydalmere, NSW. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and enhancing partner engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales teams to drive brand growth, develop effective communication materials, and develop exceptional campaigns. You will play a key role in growing TP-Link's Business Networking and Surveillance brand presence and promoting our Home Networking and Smart Home solutions, strengthening the company's market position.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to communicate key messages both written and visually, into different creative mediums
  • 5+ Years proven track record of successfully running Campaigns and Product launches
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of B2B events, including industry conferences, trade shows, product launches, roundtables and other bespoke events.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
  • End-to-end creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
  • Knowledge (or passion) of Networking devices or Technology products is a plus
