**Requirements**:

- Interlock between the delivery teams and key business, channel and operational stakeholders for the market under coverage
- Create and maintain a close business relationship with the local market lead and team
- Have an understanding of the local market's ecommerce landscape across all relevant to Client channels viz. D2C, B2B2C (Marketplaces, E-retailers) and B2C (Pureplayers) and key success factors for driving business growth in these channels through adoption of the SVC.
- Facilitate creation of activity and volume forecasts for SVC coverage at a product, region, and account level by working together with the Client ecommerce business teams, and ensure timely feedback loop with the SVC delivery teams to ensure up-to-date campaign planning and management of volume peaks
- Monitor products listing for ecommerce in line with the market and brand guidelines, keep track of stock sufficiency on 3_rd_ party platforms during key campaigns and highlight deviations/issues to the Client ecom business teams for prompt redressal
- Establish working relationships with channel partners (viz. 3P marketplace/pureplayer business teams and media agencies etc.) to facilitate content improvements on partner platforms & driving and enabling exclusive launches.
- Collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders to achieve the desired business growth/share gain in each category.
- Organize and drive weekly touch points with the market brand and ecommerce leads to address operational queries and issues; as well as quarterly strategic business review sessions to support and provide input on the overall market-level ecom strategy plan.
- Own the responsibility of becoming the trusted partner of Client business in the market (across CDMO, Divisions, and other parts of the organization
- Point of escalation for Client and ACN teams at market level
