The opportunity A new opening has emerged for a Marketing Lead – Consumer Retail to join the team and take charge of consumer marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is accountable for developing and executing brand-led activity that reaches customers through multiple touchpoints.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, and ATL media;
- Briefing and managing creative agencies and partners;
- Coordinating new product launches and activations;
- Enhancing customer journeys in-store and online;
- Overseeing review generation and influencer partnerships;
- Managing budgets, timelines, and reporting;
- Supporting trade events, expos, and promotional activations.
The role is based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, with hybrid work arrangements available.
About you
You're an experienced consumer marketer, confident across both digital and above-the-line channels. You've delivered integrated campaigns that lift awareness and sales, and you're equally comfortable briefing agencies, rolling up your sleeves, and collaborating with peers.
You bring:
- consumer marketing experience, ideally with retail or FMCG experience
- Exposure to major retailers - big-box consumer or hardware channels highly regarded
- End-to-end campaign management across multiple media
- Strong project management skills in fast-paced settings
- Confidence with data, metrics, and performance analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A flexible, solutions-oriented outlook.
You're collegiate and energetic, with a interpersonal style that's confident and approachable.
