About the Role:
As the Marketing and Communications Lead, you'll lead the charge in driving critical marketing activities and content-driven communications that elevate our client's brand and engage with key stakeholders. With a sharp focus on promoting their vision and values, you'll work closely with the General Manager of Marketing and external agencies to create and execute marketing programs and campaigns across all aspects of their business, including existing assets, investor relations, development, and corporate. You'll also be responsible for managing the creation and dissemination of captivating content across multiple digital and print channels, crafting inspiring, informative, and educational pieces that connect with their target audiences. And as a digital marketing expert, you'll use your skills to track and measure program outcomes, implement social media strategies, and manage their DAM system and CRM campaigns.

About You:
You are a highly skilled and innovative marketing professional with a tertiary education and a minimum of three years of generalist marketing experience. A commercial real estate leasing background is essential for this role, as is the ability to manage competing stakeholders with a highly responsive and reactive approach. You have exceptional influencing and negotiating skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders. Autonomous and self-sufficient, you have a proven track record in designing and executing marketing and communications content plans. Your excellent writing skills and ability to produce content across multiple platforms ensure that you stay ahead of industry trends and deliver results. With experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects with different deadlines, you are also comfortable with interstate travel and agency management. As a solutions-focused marketer, you have a track record in blending data-driven marketing with creative flair to deliver memorable customer experiences with ROI in mind. You excel at presenting to senior executives, engaging with external agencies, and managing high potential teams to deliver results. You are digitally savvy, resourceful, and entrepreneurial in style, and able to travel interstate when working on key projects.
