The salary offered is $90,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Job duties and responsibilities include:
**1. Die and Tool Making Leadership**:

- Lead the design, development, and optimization of dies and tools for steel forming and bending processes.
- Utilize 3D analysis tools to assess and enhance the performance of jigs, dies and tools.

**2. Product Development**
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of jigs and tool designs into the overall product development process.

**3. CNC CAD CAM Expertise**:

- Leverage advanced CNC CAD CAM techniques for efficient and precise manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team in the implementation of CNC technologies

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures for die and tool manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards and specifications.

**5. Project Management**:

- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects stay on schedule.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

**6. Continuous Improvement**:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the die and tool making processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to enhance product development practices

The applicant will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Bachelor's or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in die and tool making for steel forming and bending processes.
- Proficiency in 3D analysis tools and experience with CNC CAD CAM systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from conception to production.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 per year
