**About the opportunity**

We are embarking on an exciting growth phase for the business and growing our team. This role will be accountable for providing the right knowledge, learning, assets, tools, and just in time information for employees to be effective and confident to perform in their role.

**Key Objectives**
- Develop learning journeys to deliver against project requirements.
- Develop, deliver, embed, optimise, technical training programs based on project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with training roles across TTI to implement training identified across learning journeys and embed into current training practices e.g., onboarding**.**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability requirements
- Design learning journeys to enhance capability through blended learning solutions
- Design and develop training materials including online learning, bite sized learning, videos, facilitator guides, presentations, and participant materials
- Collaborate with relevant training roles across TTI to deliver training to multiple audiences
- Connect learning artifacts to relevant platforms such as LMS, intranet and knowledge
- Evaluate the effectiveness to training to make continues improvement
- Keep training materials current in relation to environment, technology, and process changes

**Skills and Experience**
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment
- 3+ years in a learning and development role
- Experienced in modern learning design practices
- Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated participation in project environments/ projects
- Experienced in conducting needs analysis aligned to business requirements
