**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**

Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing and marketing of innovative, specialist dental materials. Due to extended growth within the business, they now require a creative and strategic Brand Product Manager to join their dynamic team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As Brand Product Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of sound and profitable global marketing plans for the defined portfolio as well as identifying, refining and driving the end-to-end new product development.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Understand customer needs and market issues and opportunities through primary and secondary market analysis;
- Identify gaps within the product portfolio and work with the Sales and Research & Development team to determine feasibility of developing products to fill these gaps;
- Drive revenue and profit growth of the key products within the portfolio;
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising, sales promotions and sales programs**;**:

- Review pricing for products based on sound market and competitor analysis;
- Work with the Global Marketing Manager to manage the promotional expense budget;
- Produce and deliver effective on-brand communication materials for domestic and international markets;
- Effectively communicate clear objectives, key strategies and product messages to Sales Managers and Representatives;
- Be the product champion for the products in the portfolio and deliver training to the relevant target groups when required.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess qualifications or significant experience within the dental industry;
- An understanding of dental composites and or other dental restorative products is essential;
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to lead and participate in a team;
- Ability to influence and persuade Sales Managers and representatives;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Robust project management skills;
- Be an analytical and strategic thinking with a customer focus.
