**About our Opportunity**

We're looking for a sales hunter to identify and drive new business opportunities for Trend Windows and Doors Bayswater. This is a true business development role which will see you on the road engaging with and presenting to new small-to-medium builder clients for our window and door solutions for new build or renovation projects predominantly in Melbourne Metro area. The hunter will diligently plan, organise, and carry out selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth.

In addition, you’ll:

- focus on driving revenue growth, fostering strategic relationships and expanding the business customer base within the residential building market
- utilise industry and product knowledge to facilitate presentations of the company’s products, services and abilities.
- manage contacts through Sales Databases
- prepare selling activity reports
- attend, as required, out-of-hours industry events such as Trade Shows, Awards Ceremonies, Sales and Industry Meetings and Promotional Events.
- build future relationships between TREND and Client in the transition of account management to allow you to develop new additional accounts.

**About You**

We’re searching for an experienced sales representative looking to progress their career into a BDM role ideally with a background in the building materials industry. Leveraging your ability to build positive relationships will be a must along with your capability to negotiate and proactively find and develop new business will be key to your success in this role. Seeking a self-motivated, results-focused sales professional with a strong service ethos.

You also need:

- professional demeanor with excellent communication & presentation skills
- strong people skills with the ability to liaise with a range of people at different levels
- ability to use CRM systems as a tool for activity sales planning and customer records
