We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and provide essential administrative support across various functions at our Eight Mile Plains site.
**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines in all administrative tasks.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, filing, and other clerical duties as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative with mínimal supervision.
