A rare opportunity to join Sunkids Children's Centres in the position of **Administration Support/Receptionist **in our Support Office team.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team and be willing to learn all about our organisations systems and processes. The successful applicant must have previous administration and childcare software experience, be open to learning and have a friendly disposition.

**About the role**

The Sunkids Administration Support Officer will be based at our Support Office with the following roles and responsibilities:

- Completing administrative functions required by our centres in a timely and accurate manner
- Filling employee uniform orders
- Ensuring the office is kept clean and well equipped
- Answering all incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Assisting other team members with ad hoc tasks as and when they arise

**Requirements for the role**
- Must be available 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday
- At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative role
- Experience using childcare software package OWNA
- Hold a current Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
- Pleasant phone manner
- High energy and great communication skills
