Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting recruitment operations? My client is looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Administration Assistant to join the team on a full-time 6-month contract in White Plain, Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and candidate communications


• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system


• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and reference checks


• Support onboarding activities and compliance documentation


• Prepare reports and assist with recruitment metrics tracking


• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team

What We're Looking For


• Previous experience in recruitment or administrative support (preferred)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• High attention to detail and ability to multitask


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment platforms such as seek and LinkedIn


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
