**The Opportunity**
This customer service focused role will work in a tight knit Administration Team assisting with a range of administration tasks focused on the working with our field and design teams on enquiries and bookings to meet the needs of our clients.
**Your duties will include**:
- Entering sales orders within required timeframes with a high degree of accuracy
- Undertake task auditing
- Requesting purchase orders & Invoicing
- Assist planners in scheduling work and providing ETA's
- Database Management
- General Administration
- Providing exceptional customer service working closely with our internal teams and external clients
**Your Experience**
Strong knowledge and experience in Customer Service, ideally within fast paced environments. Other areas to ensure your success include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a professional phone manner.
- Motivated, enthusiastic team player willing to assist colleagues where required.
- Technology savvy including proficient user knowledge of Microsoft
- Strong attention to detail and willing to ‘go the extra mile‘ for our customers.
- Experience in the Engineering, Industrial, Building and Construction industries would be a distinct advantage but not crucial.
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
