**The Role**:
Due to significant growth, we are expanding and looking for a Storeperon/ Purchasing officer You will be working from our Bibra Lake workshop, Monday to Friday, in a full-time capacity., this role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
**_The role:_**
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
- Ensure the accuracy of all recorded stock through appropriate systems and processes.
- Ensure that goods inward / outward and stock control is well organised and controlled to sufficiently support operations and the goals of the business.
- Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory and minimise costs.
- Monitor field service daily progress reports for consumables, materials and sundries required and organise freight to sites.
- Responsible for the manifesting of project systems prior to mobilisation from workshop to client sites.
- Requesting competitive quotes and purchasing for store inventory stock, field service and workshop equipment, and Research and Development department requirements
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, pricing etc.
- General warehousing, workshop, and housekeeping duties, as required.

**_What you need:_**
- Current and valid Class LO & LF Forklift Licences essential;
- High Reach and Counterbalance forklift experience.
- Have a commitment to safe work practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
