**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Don’t want to be stuck behind a desk? Have a passion for vehicles of all shapes and sizes? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Bibra Lake, 6163 branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. You will mostly be working in the vehicles warehouse and will work closely with your team to:

- Ensure all incoming vehicle stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes
- Assist in the set-up of the auction and sale yards by moving assets around the yard in preparation for the monthly auction
- Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
- Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

- Passion for cars, or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded
- Current & valid manual drivers' license (essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Competent verbal & written communication skills
- Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
