Overview of the Role
We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Administration Officer to provide support across all facets of the business.
Your duties will involve but are not limited to:
Company Administration Duties;
· Greeting internal staff, clients & members of the public upon entry to the office and management of sign in/out system.
· Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
· Overall responsibility to maintain minimum stock levels of company uniform, PPE and stationery items.
· Maintaining reception, meeting rooms and kitchen areas clean, tidy & stocked.
· Responsibility for maintaining the office equipment.
· Oversee all social media posts for company and management of company website
· Support the Office Manager, general Administrative and ad-hoc duties.
Human Resource Duties;
· Onboarding/ Offboarding duties as listed below;
Onboarding
o Onboarding asset form in accordance with asset schedule.
o Co- ordinate uniforms & baseline PPE.
o Add Employees into Procore & Resource Planning.
Offboarding
o Manage the return of all assets.
o Cancellation of all cards i.e. Motorpass, credit card, Bunnings card & fuel cards
o Delete fuel bowser pins.
o Notify software contractor to cancel account.
o Removal of social club members.
Project Administration duties;
· Undertake accommodation bookings by carrying out value management and presenting to applicable Manager for selection.
· Assistance with Purchase order reconciles when requested.
· Set up Projects across all company platforms.
· Lodgement of CTF Levies.
Plant & Equipment duties;
· Oversee the booking process for all Fleet servicing and Management of Servicing records in company software.
· Close out of Daily pre-start inspections.
· Oversee Vehicle pre-start compliance and inform applicable Managers in a weekly report.
· Assistance with Purchase order reconciles when requested.
Essential criteria
· Previous experience in industrial/construction.
· Intermediate level computer and technology-based skills.
· Ability to solve problems and come up with solutions to client requirements.
· "Can-Do" attitude and ability to work in a team and unsupervised at times.
Essential Requirements:
· National Police Clearance.
· Current driver's licence and have reliable transport.
· Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
