About Us
Graffix Signs & Tint and BCFireCo are two growing businesses working across signage, vehicle tinting, and fire suppression systems. We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to take charge of our administration and help both businesses run smoothly.
About the Role
This is an independent role where you'll oversee all administrative operations across both businesses. You'll handle scheduling, accounts, compliance paperwork, and day-to-day coordination so the production and field teams can focus on delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming enquiries (phone/email) and direct them appropriately
- Coordinate job scheduling and ensure information flows to the right teams
- Prepare and process invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
- Maintain compliance records, licences, and certifications (especially for BCFireCo)
- Liaise with clients and suppliers professionally
- Support management with reporting and general office organisation
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in office administration or business support
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Xero or ServiceM8 highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
