- **About the Role**:
**CarPlace Bibra Lake** is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Accounts Officer** to join our finance team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office operations.
- Ensure accurate data entry in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including scanning and filing documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide assistance to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting.

**To be successful in the role you will need**:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
