E-commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company's ecommerce strategy, including the selection and management of ecommerce platforms and tools
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and customer behavior, using tools such as Google Analytics, to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Manage the company's online product catalog, including adding and updating product information and images, and coordinating with the product management team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings
- organise all teams and make sure everything is running cohesively
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other online analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
