**The Role**

Success in this role is achieved through the design and execution of interactive, engaging content experiences that drive customer-focused outcomes across key channels. You’ll have direct influence and ownership of the Woolworths Mobile website and use data and insights to understand and optimise customer journeys, content and experiences across the site, and beyond.

**What You’ll Do**:
A key role in the Experience Practice working in the Telco Tribe at WooliesX, you’ll be part of a team crafting and creating compelling digital experiences for customers in the Woolworths Mobile space. We’re looking for someone with their finger on the pulse of digital and ecom trends, who will take a customer-first attitude to everything they do to help deliver positive customer sentiment and great business outcomes.
- Work within the Telco Tribe to manage the digital content experience
- Lead the management and activation of content across web and app, supporting the broader team to deliver strategic objectives in digital content
- Review existing customer journeys across web and app and identify new content opportunities across woolworths digital ecosystem
- Leverage existing assets, experiences and editorial content to develop and implement aggregation and curation strategies within the Woolworths Mobile content space
- Produce & monitor results on performance metrics, web analytics, to inform content optimisation opportunities, using Adobe Analytics and Google Search console.
- Work with marketing and product teams to create digital assets to deliver on web and app designs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a workflow of content delivery cycles
- Manage and optimise site content and metadata using Hybris CMS.
- Manage/advise on search engine optimisation (SEO), building impressions and CTR in Google
- Accountable for the continuous improvement and optimisation of digital content, including ensuring accuracy of content and adherence to any required peer review processes
- Work within Digital Content Management Chapter to bring to deliver innovative strategies to support new avenues for optimisation of content and websites
- Partner with our Woolworths Group teams to understand and realise the opportunities that exist for curation across our owned digital platforms

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- Minimum of 6+ years digital content experience (publishing experience advantageous)
- Proficiency in using content management systems (Hybris and AEM experience advantageous)
- A thorough understanding of SEO and analytics tools
- Experience working in design platforms such as Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to think strategically about how content is effectively brought to life across platforms and channels
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience in copywriting a plus, but not required
- Experience with continuous improvement roadmaps and optimisation test and learns
- Experience developing and managing stakeholder processes and relationships
- Experience executing and supporting content strategies
- Experience working with copywriters, content creators and publishers
- Ability to provide actionable feedback to stakeholders and partners
- Proficiency in ensuring brand guidelines are met and commercial agreements are upheld
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in managing large scale projects with multiple moving parts/multiple streams
- Manage stakeholders to agreed timeframes
- A track record of implementing continuous improvement roadmaps and optimisation test and learns
- Experience developing and managing stakeholder processes and relationships
- Thorough understanding of Agile Ways of Working
