**The Role**:
This is a technical role to build and execute multi-channel campaigns and initiatives.
They must work well under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of campaigns & initiatives.
The role sits within the Digital Media Practice, whose goal it is to establish an industry leading Digital Media team and scale our Digital Media Advertising, Trading and Data Driven Delivery capabilities to drive incremental customer, supplier and business value. As part of the Media Implementation: Build & Code Chapter, the role focuses on optimised data driven delivery of campaigns across all owned channels that is ‘Customer 1st’.
**What am I accountable to deliver?**
- Create dynamic attributes using Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s unique scripting language AMPscript
- Champion & execute a personalisation and one to one communications approach
- Use technical advances/approaches to optimise campaign deliverability
- Communicate opportunities based on observations to drive incremental customer LTV(Lifetime Value)
- Execute according to the campaign calendar and ensure campaigns are developed on time and within budget
- Review accuracy in communications including: copy, product and terms & conditions
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
**What do I need to be successful?**
- Expert in HTML and CSS
- Proficient in AMPscript
- Experience working with customer databases and/or complex data
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Attention to detail with a high standard of verbal and written communication
- Customer-centric thinker
- Strong analytical ability and technically savvy
- Great stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to deliver high quality outcomes in a timely manner
- Must be able to multitask to meet deadlines while maintain high quality of work
**Desirable**
- Experience in JSON
- E-Commerce Systems and CMS experience
- Social media experience
- Experience in lifecycle management
- Digital or Direct Marketing experience
