**What you’ll do
- Turn digital insights into action, ensuring clear processes developed to support the right work & actions to be prioritised with progress communicated back to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Utilise data & insights to identify opportunities to optimise existing tools and assets and support in the shaping and operationalisation of new digital trading tools and assets.
- Identify and Influence stakeholders to support delivery of digital merchandising initiatives providing clear updates at key checkpoints
- Support initiatives coming out of strategic projects and across the business where there is a Digital Merchandising component by scoping requirements, aligning with the key squads via briefing, shaping and where appropriate execution of any merchandising components. You will utilise your commercial expertise to ensure a sustainable approach across all initiatives to deliver smart business outcomes using business guardrails & promotional principles to maximise revenue and profit.

**What you’ll bring
- Previous experience working cross-functionally in buying/trading/digital merchandising experience (FMCG, Retailer or Supplier)
- An understanding of category management, activation, retail operations, digital, eCommerce is an advantage
- Proven experience to demonstrate horizontal leadership ability, preferably in an agile/matrix operating model
- Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships Clear understanding of Commercials**Everyone belongs at Woolworths Group
