**About the Role**:
Based in our Para Hill West Head Office this role will see you partner and support various Senior Managers and Operational stakeholders. Your ability to provide timely and effective guidance, coaching and support in relation to operational and transactional Human Resource, IR/ER, HR initiatives, practices and processes will be the keys to your success.
Whilst this role is being offered as an initial 6-month contract, there may be the possibility of extension for the right person.
**Skills and Duties**:
With an immediate start available, you will be required to:
- Providing timely and effective HR services and support to internal stakeholders
- Coach and mentor leaders to improve the capabilities required to build a strong value driven culture
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation including the management of ER matters
- Support the greater HR team in the development and delivery of HR initiatives
- Be a self-starter and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- End-to-end Recruitment as required.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR with previous HR generalist experience
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to provide HR guidance and support
- And most importantly. demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers
