**About the Opportunity**:
Partner with leadership teams to understand challenges and opportunities and create a road map that delivers solutions that will drive a high-performance culture. Deliver the GF and HR strategy by leading and/or contributing to strategic programs such as change initiatives.
**What you will do**:
- Partner with site leadership teams to understand challenges and opportunities, and create a road map that delivers solutions which will drive a high-performance culture
- Deliver the GF and HR strategy by leading and/or contributing to programs such as change initiatives
- Partnering with leadership teams on the Performance and Development planning cycle
- Work with lead teams to identify talent and assist in creating targeted development plans
- Partner with Managers on the planning, design, change management and implementation of projects and programs, such as capability programs or restructuring activities
- Advise Managers on internal queries regarding HR policies/practices/procedures/legislation
- Drive continuous improvement of HR practises
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Human resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years at HR BP/Senior HR Advisor level or similar - ideally from a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Experience and confidence working in an unionised environment
- Track record in building effective relationships and influencing
- Understanding of legislation / regulations, EA's & NES
- Able to display excellent judgement, drive, and initiative
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management (essential)
