**Hours**:1FTE

**Location**:Based in Edinburgh North, with flexibility to work at other Sonder sites and from home.

**About the Role**:
As our new HR Business Partner, you'll advise managers on compliance, legislation and Sonder policies, manage HR correspondence, and support the development and implementation of HR strategies. You’ll provide expert support in workplace relations, employee grievances, performance management, and conflict resolution.

You’ll foster strong relationships with leadership and employees, manage HR processes, and support recruitment and HR administration. Additionally, you'll contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives, support workers’ compensation claims, and help improve HR processes for greater efficiency.

Working closely with the HR Manager and Executive Manager, People & Culture, you’ll play a key role in data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement to achieve Sonder's goals.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Proven successful and recent experience in a busy HR generalist type role, preferably within a not for profit or commercial organisation;
- Experience in managing complex industrial relations issues
- Experience in respecting and maintaining integrity and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive matters
- Experience in using HRIS systems

**Qualification and Other Requirements**:

- Minimum Certificate IV in Human Resources Management
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
