Joining a collaborative People and Culture team within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions (PIRSA) could be a great way to expand your HR expertise and make a significant impact.

As the HR Business Partner, you'll be providing valuable advice and support to managers and employees, helping to achieve business objectives through proactive HR services and contribute to meaningful outcomes that align with both divisional and departmental workforce strategies.

The role will also involve delivering a wide range of generalist HR advice, including performance enhancement and solutions, best practice recruitment and selection, classification management, workforce planning and change management all within the framework of legislative and policy requirements.

This role offers a unique chance to showcase your HR skills while working alongside a talented team of professionals.

**Qualifications**

A degree in Human Resource Management, business management or psychology or post graduate studies in leadership or business management is highly desirable.

**Remuneration**

ASO5 - $85,790 min - $95,413 max per annum, plus superannuation
