TafeSA is South Australia’s largest vocational education and training provider. They deliver job-focused training from industry experts across a range of industries from entry-level certificates to bachelor degrees, at locations across the state.

TafeSA is going through significant change and transformation and the People and Culture team is recruiting a HR Business Partner.

**What will keep You busy**

This HR Partner role supports a 500 staff portfolio across Business and the Arts. You will work with all levels of the business through delivering best practice HR advice and service to leaders and stakeholders. This is a permanent full time role with flexibility for you to work in Adelaide, Regency Park and home.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Supporting stakeholders on day to day operational matters delivering a high standard of service by being responsible, reliable and ensuring a solutions focused approach
- Assist with managing Industrial Relations ensuring appropriate and fair outcomes across all required processes
- Advising on best HR best practices
- Providing advice on Employee Relations with accurate interpretation and advice on applicable industrial instruments and assisting with grievance and disciplinary matters
- Assisting and supporting with employee training and development
- Driving implementation of P&C strategic objectives across your portfolio

**What You need to bring to the role**

To be successful in this role you will possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present information to a diverse range of groups and stakeholders. In addition to this you will have an innovative and commercial way of thinking and be excited by change and process improvements. You will be a strong people person, who builds positive relationships with a can do attitude and a hands on approach. You will be supportive, encouraging and resilient and demonstrate a strong ability to influence stakeholders for positive outcomes. You will also possess the following:

- 3-5 years in a HR Advisor or Partner role

HR qualifications, Diploma or higher
- Experience independently leading formal IR discussions and achieving positive outcomes
- Experience contributing to operational goals and performance
- Experience in setting up processes, systems and driving improvements
- Experience driving proactive HR practices
- TafeSA is located in a number of regional areas around South Australia. Flexible working arrangements will be considered at the following locations including - Regency Park and Adelaide._
