**About the Role**
As a Loyalty & Promotions Assistant, you’ll provide support for our campaigns and help to deliver exciting promotional and loyalty activities. You’ll be involved in everything from coordinating reward logistics and tracking campaign data, to assisting with communications and fulfilment. This is a hands-on role where your eye for detail and team-first attitude will make a real impact.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in the day-to-day delivery of loyalty and promotional campaigns across our B2B and B2C channels
- Manage campaign data entry, maintain tracking tools, and support performance reporting
- Respond to customer and partner inquiries relating to promotions and loyalty programs.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and rewards
- Support CRM updates and campaign trackers
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer care, and supply chain teams to ensure campaign success

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Minimum 1 year in a similar role or strong internship/entry-level marketing experience
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- A data-driven mindset, with a track record of using analytics to improve performance and drive growth
- Collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; exposure to CRM systems or ERP tools (e.g. Business Central) is a plus
