**The role**

The role of Marketing Assistant is to actively support Sales and Marketing with administrative tasks, print collateral and distribution, demo storage & organisation, creative tasks as required and assistance with the running of inhouse events to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Marketing department.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the responsibilities will include:

- CRM database maintenance and management
- Demo & collateral storage & distribution
- Assistance with the distribution of hardcopy marketing material
- Marketing administration
- Assist with the coordination of marketing events
- Ad hoc duties as requested

- Able to handle queries & solve problems quickly
- Good time management skills - able to prioritise & multitask
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Diploma, equivalent or currently studying
- Previous administrative/organisational experience
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to learn new software easily
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
