**We now have an exciting new opening for a Digital Marketing Assistant, hybrid based in Sydney.**

**Key Metrics**: _Work towards annual targets, incorporating:_
- **Revenue/Profit Generation**: Generating revenue and making the business profitable through the successful implementation of the SEM strategy
- **Technical/Analytical**: Evaluate keywords, trends, competitors, and market behavior for the purpose of identifying opportunities that will advance SEM initiatives
- **Maintainence/Optimisation: Build, Maintain and Optimise campaigns across our Paid Advertising channels in accordance with the direction of Digital Marketing Manager, Campaign focuses and Profitability of the business.**:

- **Collaboration**: Work with team members from various departments and external agencies to create effective approaches for multiple SEM campaigns using industry best practices

**Role Purpose**

As the Digital Marketing Assistant you will create, manage, and report on the paid advertising channels for multiple brands within the business. This will include working with a multi-million dollar budget to achieve KPI targets that lead to revenue growth.

With a strong commercially-minded approach, you will assess the market regularly for opportunities. This will include keywords, SEM trends, competitor analysis, and industry trends. Making data-driven decisions, you will tailor each brand’s approach to drive revenue and growth.

You will have a thorough working knowledge of the current best practices regarding SEM campaign structure. This includes keyword research, bidding strategies, attribution modelling, budget management, and the creation of ad copy. Using A/B testing, you will be able to optimise performance for every campaign on a granular level.

You will also be responsible for detailed internal reporting and analytics. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will provide statistically significant data that will help guide overall marketing strategy and decision making.

**Essential Requirements**
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing role working directly on performance marketing, and best practice for Google/Youtube Ads, Facebook/IG Ads, LinkedIn & Pinterest
- 2+ years’ experience running PPC campaigns on multiple platforms for an ecommerce brand
- 2+ years’ experience working with Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio to manage reporting across multiple platforms
- Experience in shopping campaigns, dynamic ads and product feed management
- Experience running multiple campaigns for different level of the funnels handling large daily budget to drive sales while maintaining a target profitability
- Experience working with Affiliate Marketing (not necessary but favourable)
- Proven eCommerce sales experience, achieving growth and exceeding targets
- High level of commercial acumen
- Strong sense of accountability

- Self-confident with a high level of emotional and social awareness with the willingness to be assertive by questioning and challenging in the best interest of the organisation and its stakeholders.

This role would suit someone who has around 2-3 years experience working within the Digital/Paid Media space and is looking to develop their career within an iconic brand.
