**About The Role**
We are seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to oversee graphic design within our marketing department You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and maintain brand guidelines while creating impactful visual assets such as advertisements, signage, brochures, website designs, and social media content. Your role will involve producing creative design solutions that align with our brand identity and support various marketing initiatives.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Produce creative design solutions within brand guidelines for both print and digital materials.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral for promotional campaigns and support B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.
- Lead digital and video project designs and manage offline print materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to take creative briefs from concept to completion.
- Manage the marketing SharePoint page and oversee the marketing calendar.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Full Australian working rights is essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong collaborative abilities.
