**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing and managing social media content across platforms
- Assist with content creation and social media planning
- Support sales efforts by making calls, handling orders and following up with customers
- Design point-of-sale (POS) materials and support branding/packaging design projects
- Contribute to the implementation and execution of sales strategies
- Handle general office administration tasks as needed
- Help with merchandising, product training and ensuring consistent brand presentation
- Conduct cold calls and generate new leads
- Attend trade shows and assist with exhibit setup and promotion
- Support the development and maintenance of operating systems

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic design skills (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus)
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in sales, marketing or a customer-facing role is a bonus
