Our pharmacy is local pharmacy located in Regents Park Sydney and has been serving the residents of the area for over 10 years offering services in various languages such as Vietnamese, Mandarin and Cantonese in addition to English. We offer numerous services such as medication advice, medication packing and free local delivery. While our pharmacy may be small our team consists of very cosy and friendly people and we are always looking to expand our team

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, friendly **team members** who is highly motivated and patient focused to join our team in Sydney's Inner West.

We have an excellent reputation in the community for offering excellent products and services. You are someone who will go above and beyond to provide a high level of patient service, care and satisfaction.

Our store offer customers the full comprehensive range of health, beauty and medicinal products. You will have great knowledge and be able to recommend medicinal products and alternatives.

We aim to maintain high levels of professional service, advice and provide continuous training to all our staff members. You are a team player and is motivated to assist others whenever possible.

As the only pharmacy in our local area, we're directly partnered with the local medical centers to provide support holistic health patient outcomes although we are a non-methadone pharmacy. You are able to liaise with external stakeholders and other Healthcare Professionals to achieve first class patient outcomes

Your job responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Conducting thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Utilizing insights to guide marketing strategies and business decisions.
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media. Ensuring campaigns align with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Working collaboratively with various departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that support the company’s overall goals.
- Overseeing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and maximizing the return on investment (ROI) from marketing activities. Tracking expenditures to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Planning, organizing, and managing marketing events such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities. Coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful events.
- Ensuring that the company's brand image and messaging are consistently represented across all marketing channels and materials. Conducting regular brand audits and implementing strategies to strengthen brand identity.

You understand the priorities of being in a small business environment while maintaining patient outcomes.
You have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment with a strong focus on efficiency, speed and accuracy with an eye for detail. We utulise various computer software and online technologies to achieve this, so a high level of computer proficiency is required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
