**About the Company**

Santos is a leading independent producer of oil and gas committed to ever-cleaner energy and fuels production. With operations across Australia, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste and North America, Santos has been supplying reliable and affordable energy for over 65 years.

**About the Role**
- Raising accounts payable requisitions in the ERP system
- Conducting three-way reconciliations between purchase order/invoice/delivery note
- Liaising with vendors and the business to resolve AP discrepancies
- Submitting accounts payable invoices for payment approval
- Preparing regular reports
- Participating in process improvement projects
- Completing additional business and project activities as required

**Your key skills and experience include**:

- Hold strong experience as a finance officer, AP officer or similar
- Proficient in the use of ERP software (e.g. - SAP, Oracle) along with advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience in high volume P2P transactional processing will be highly regarded
- You thrive in a team-driven, collaborative environment, and you are a specialist in your field.
