Due to internal career developments, an opportunity now exists for an efficient and detail-focused **Human Resources Officer** to join our collaborative HR Services team. In this position, you will deliver high-quality customer service and provide accurate and timely HR advice, in accordance with the Human Resources function and strategic objectives.

**The key responsibilities of the role**
- Providing transactional HR Services across the Perenti Group and subsidiaries
- Transacting employee change of conditions through Success Factors and preparing appropriate documentation
- Participate and assist with additional Human Resources activities as required
- Assist employees and managers with queries
- Participation and involvement in HR projects

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or similar discipline '“ Preferred
- Minimum two years experience in a similar role
- Experience in an HR shared services environment - Essential
- Good working knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relations
- Basic knowledge of the Fair Work Act & National Employment Standards
- SAP, SuccessFactors usage, or similar HRIS exposure is highly desirable
