Client Services Officer

A Client Services Officer job paying $76k + super pro rata for a Catholic organisation.

**Your new company**

My client is currently seeking a Client Services Officer to join their team on a part-time basis, covering an 8-month period based at their office in the Perth CBD. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has transactional operations experience and enjoys working within a team environment.

**Your new role**

You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate transactional processes for clients and their accounts. Day to day duties include but are not limited too;- Serve as the first point of contact for clients inquiries including assisting with account openings, account maintenance and compliance- Complete daily, weekly and monthly batch processing activities such as end-of-day procedures, and account and journal reconciliations as required- Record management including preparing standard letters and documentation- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive client information

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead you to your success, as will;- Strong interpersonal skills and customer relationship skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)- High level of attention to detail and accuracy particularly with data entry- Proficiency in core banking or internet banking systems
