Draftsperson

Yarrawonga Manufactured Housing has partnered with Total HRM to find a Draftsperson to join their team

About the role:

From day one, you'll be welcomed into a friendly, hands-on team. You'll:

• Use Revit to create concept plans and detailed working drawings
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to bring designs to life
• Analyse building codes, site requirements, and technical documents
• Lay out and plan interior spaces with creativity and precision
• Keep documentation accurate and up to date, supporting project timelines

You'll report to the Production Manager and work closely with everyone from design to delivery.

Skills we are looking for/Your core talents:

• Certificate IV in Building Design Drafting (CPP40115) or relevant qualification
• Confident using Revit, CAD, Word, and Excel
• Great attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license
