Exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join Service Stream IT division
About the Role

We are looking for an individual who has experience with HR and/or Payroll projects and can work in a diverse and complex environment.

A knowledge of Human Resources and/or Payroll operations is highly desirable.

This position is a 6-month contract (potential to extend) and is based in either Sydney (preferable) or Melbourne + WFH.

About the Role

ServiceStream currently has an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Group Business Information Systems (GBIS) team to assist our Program Manager with a People & Culture and Payroll Transformation Program.

Nature of position: Maximum Term, Full Time

Location: North Sydney or Melbourne CBD

Reporting Line: Head of IT Delivery & Operations - Business Solutions

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and monitoring project schedules, risks, issues and actions
- Organising and participating in stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Assist with the creation and preparation of presentation materials for Workshops, SteerCo and project meetings
- Provide project administrative support as needed by the project team
- Work closely with the Business Analysts to assist with Fit-Gap requirements and user story documentation
- Perform any other project tasks as directed by the Program Manager including running meetings

About You
- Previous experience as a Project Co-ordinator or Project Administrator
- Experience using Jira or Microsoft DevOps.
- Excellent communication, written and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within a Human Resources or Payroll operations environment
- Knowledge of any agile methodology
