**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Manage, support and coordinate smaller client projects and IT projects and initiatives effectively end-to-end to deliver the agreed outcomes on time and within budget
- Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with IT management and key stakeholders.
- Develop required plans and related documents.
- Plan and schedule timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and adhere to Company project governance, process and frameworks. Track milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and resolve dependencies, issues, risks, and conflicts.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to IT management and other key stakeholders.
- Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Liaise with external vendors and integration partners to ensure the delivery of the solutions meet business requirements

**_ Qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience_**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant degree such as management and/or project management and relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Additionally, Prince 2 practitioner level certification or working towards this.
- Experience in the delivery of information technology based initiatives and smaller projects at all levels of the organisation; and extensive, relevant experience in a business environment, including in an IT project management or PMO role.
- Demonstrated understanding in the concepts of project and program management and Benefits Realisation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage initiatives and project budgets and financial reporting.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills in order to liaise, consult and negotiate effectively with a wide range of people
