As the Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting both Program and Project managers, in the planning, organizing, and executing of high-profile projects.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities for multiple projects streams, including scheduling, managing project timelines, driving deadlines, and working with Steerco.
- Collaborate with project and/ Program managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage / monitor project progress, budgets, and ensure key milestones are met within established timelines.
- Coordinate project documentation, including gathering and organizing project requirements, specifications, and approvals.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, and Maintain project management tools and systems, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Confidently identify and escalate project risks and issues to the project manager for timely resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices for project management within the financial services domain.

To be Successful in this role, you have;
- **Substantial project co-ordination experience essential.**:

- Investment management or superannuation experience desirable
- Demonstrated administrative background in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the use of Project tools and MS Office.
- Superior attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage up.
- Experience meeting hard deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment, and also work independently
