
CRM Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Responsible for leading the development, implementation and end-to-end management of assigned marketing activities to support the delivery of the Commercial Marketing Strategies & Plans
- Develop customer promotions and creative concepts
- Using data and customer insights to create and optimise marketing campaigns
- Responsible for accurately implementing reporting capability enabling the measurement of all commercial marketing activities vs relevant Business KPIs
- Supporting the delivery of the performance optimisation strategy and plan, ensuring test methodology and implementation leads to scientifically conclusive learnings and insights
- Responsible for ensuring that assigned Commercial Customer activity contributes to delivering enterprise project milestones (timelines and budget)
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- 3-4 years’ marketing experience
- Experience in either Subscription, Members, Rewards, or Loyalty environments
- Proven ability to develop effective customer marketing campaigns with the accountability of implementation from ideation to execution.
- Proven track record of successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- CRM management experience
