Joining some of the most talented marketers in their field, the CRM Specialist will be given autonomy to consistently improve the performance of their direct marketing channels. **The Role**: This is a newly created role will be responsible for CRM planning, execution, testing program, measurement, and reporting. Key responsibilities include: - Responsible for implementing the CRM Strategy - Working with Marketing Managers to develop CRM activations for their campaigns - Adopting a "test, analyse and optimise" approach to campaigns to ensure that the team is always improving - Identifying CRM process improvements - Reporting on CRM KPIs, performance, lessons and wins to key stakeholders **Required Experience**: To be considered for this role, technically we are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of CRM systems and using CRM to drive business results. You will have at least 2+ years experience in a CRM related role including record of experience with A/B testing in eDM or other direct channels.
