S2M is excited to collaborate with a leading not-for-profit organisation in Brisbane to recruit a talented **CRM Specialist (Raiser's Edge NXT)**.

Whether you're seeking a full-time or part-time position, this role offers flexibility, with a pro-rated salary or contract rate ranging from **$85k - $105k Inclusive of Super.**

**The Role**:

- **Lead CRM Management**: Oversee the administration and management of the Raiser's Edge NXT database.
- **Strategic Development**: Design and implement effective database strategies to optimize engagement and operations.
- **Data Integrity**: Regularly update, clean, and maintain the database to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
- **CRM Expertise**: Serve as the CRM expert and single point of contact within the organization.

**About You**:

- **Proven Expertise**: Demonstrated success in managing databases, particularly with Raiser's Edge NXT or similar CRM systems.
- **Strategic Vision**: Experience in creating and executing CRM strategies with a focus on efficiency and impact.
- **Leadership & Communication**: Ability to confidently take ownership of CRM management and act as the central point of contact for related queries and initiatives.
