CRM & Automation Specialist

As a CRM & Automation Specialist with Agora, you will be responsible for delivering high quality CRM implementation and optimisation services to our clients, helping our clients to get the most value out of their CRM platform, automate their sales and business processes, and deliver better experiences for their customers and employees.
You will draw on your experience and in-depth knowledge of popular CRM systems, to guide clients through the implementation of their CRM solution. Your well rounded understanding of business, sales process and CRM best practice will ensure that clients get the most out of their CRM platform.
You will have project management experience, which you will draw on to diligently manage CRM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget, and to ensure the client’s goals and expectations are achieved.
You will be the proactive type, constantly looking for new opportunities for your clients, and bringing to the table recommendations and ideas that lead to increased value for their business.
**Responsibilities**:
**HubSpot / CRM Implementation and Optimisation**:
- Facilitate productive client workshops to gather requirements, set clear objectives, and plan for delivery of agreed scope.
- Deliver on the technical setup and implementation of the CRM solution for clients.
- Coordinate the implementation of custom integrations.
- Assist clients with CRM data management, ensuring that all the required data is being properly stored within their CRM system.
- Train clients and ensure adequate documentation of key processes within the client’s CRM.
**Project Management**:
- Allocating tasks with clear time budgets to team members, to ensure all team members are aware of deliverables, timelines and deadlines.
- Clearly understanding and communicating the scope and ensuring out of scope work is managed appropriately.
- Actively monitoring project profitability and timelines.
- Identifying and acting upon opportunities where we can provide further value for our clients.
**Partnerships and Sales Support**:
- Participating in discovery conversations and requirement gathering for new CRM leads.
- Reviewing leads’ existing CRM setup and related technologies as applicable.
- Helping sales reps to scope CRM services and solutions for leads and providing estimates.
- Helping create service proposals.
- Participating in sales pitches and presentations.
- Regularly meeting and collaborating with our key contacts within our partner organisations.
**About You**:
**Your Qualifications & Experience**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience implementing CRM systems and solutions.
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM is highly regarded.
- Experience gathering and interpreting requirements to inform project scope and inform implementation.
- Experience managing projects and working to specific outcomes and deadlines.
- General business and marketing knowledge.
- A strong understanding of sales process. Sales experience is highly regarded.
