**About Them**
Our client is a leading international Infrastructure, Engineering and Construction company who are going from strength to strength since commencing operations in Australia having already successfully won a number of large contracts. They are now looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their Melbourne team based in the CBD.
**About the Role**
The position will focus a lot on the tenders and pre-contract work and will work closely with the newly appointed National IR Manager as well. A lot of the work that our client is involved in are joint ventures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritise, and build organisational capabilities
- Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements
- Support the development of workforce planning and resourcing strategies
- Help Managers to provide employees with career and development opportunities
- Provide guidance on performance management
- Act as the HR/IR Lead on EOIs and Tenders as required
- Assist in developing the IR strategy and related policies and procedures
- Be involved in Enterprise Agreement negotiations and strategy
This is a unique opportunity to come in and help set something up almost from scratch and it is not a rigid environment
**About You**
our client is looking for an experienced HR Manager with strengths in ER/IR. You will also have previous experience with pre-contract and tender work and ideally will have worked within the construction/engineering and infrastructure industry or similar.
You will be tertiary qualified and have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal as well as a flexible attitude.
