They are renowned for being connected to every stage of the customers’ lifecycle allows them to create value together integrating intelligence with hardware permitting a better collaborate in daily operations for global cargo flows on land, sea and in ports. **THE ROLE** This role has been created due to continuous and rapid global growth where the strategic sales team, are winning volume tenders, and therefore requiring further senior and support staff. Reporting to the Regional HR Director (based in Singapore) where the organisation is focused on finding the "right HR mentor for the business", and mindful of work lifestyle balance, 3 days WFH 2 days in the office. This HR vacancy will allow you the flexibility to have a voice, bring your experience and ideas while you add value and ensure company and industry standards are met. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself professionally, throughout your journey, to ensure you always have the right data and information at hand making a difference to the business yet having fun while doing it. Responsibilities will not just be for the HR Management Lead with routine functions of the recruitment lifecycle and selection, but also champion the liaising between management and staff, advising business executives on strategic structures and hiring decisions. - Coordination of employment matters across the business, - Acting as first point of contact for line manager and senior stakeholders - Run the daily functions of the hiring and interviewing staff, - Providing accurate data in end-to-end specialist talent acquisition including strategy, screening, assessment, selection, and contract negation. - Provide local HR support to the line managers - Provide advice to line managers on employee performance management and development matters - Manage employee relations issues - Ensure compliance to company HR Policies and local regulations - Drive implementation of regional and global HR initiatives in country - Develop, harmonize, update, and implement local HR initiatives - Champion compliance with local legislation - Provide support to the offshore HR contact and transaction team where required - Support the Directors in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience - Offer proactive recruiting assistance - Identify ways to improve policies and procedures - Prepare termination and severance letters - Working as a trustworthy collaborator to the business using data and intelligence to inform recruitment tactics and strategies. It’s a brilliant mixed role and you will never have a mundane day as you guide the team **THE ESSENTIALS** - Advisory or partner experience in a large organisation or similar. - 8 years’ experience in a similar role. - Expertise in HR policies and procedures - Superior problem solving and influencing skills, and able to manage stakeholders effectively - Strong knowledge of hiring processes - Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations - Sound judgment and problem-solving skills - Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion - Strong written and verbal communication. - A person with a can-do attitude, who thrives on timelines and variety - Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline and advantage. **THE APPLICATION
