Reports to CEO, pivotal role in the Exec team, driving the people strategy

Having experienced strong growth across the Australian market, this manufacturing organisation has a key focus on extending their market share, continuing their growth agenda and delivering outstanding product to their customers.
They are seeking an HR Manager to lead the development and implementation of relevant people initiatives and frameworks that will support their commercial and growth objectives.
Joining the Executive team and reporting to the CEO, the HR Manager and will work across all levels of this organisation’s key divisions nationally to engage on a broad range of activity across the employee lifecycle. As a standalone role, you will enjoy being on the ground and in the business and will guide and advise senior leaders on best practice HR and to better implement established people practices.
This role will include the provision of day-to-day advice and support, in addition to managing annual programs/processes that include talent, performance and reward, employee and industrial relations, recruitment and capability. You will facilitate change and take responsibility for strategic HR projects and initiatives as they arise.
Ideally you will bring a strong generalist HR toolkit and be competent in providing advice, and coaching and influencing key stakeholders. Experience within blue collar industries, retail or services/operational environments is preferred.
You will have a contemporary HR approach and also display with the capability and comfort to straddle both operational HR while driving longer-term outcomes.
Please note that, as part of the Executive team, the HR Manager will be based in their Corporate head office in Hoppers Crossing 5 days/week.
