Exciting standalone HR Management role within entertainment industry
- Hybrid working arrangement in dynamic, fast paced environment
- Previous experience in an HR Manager/ Business Partner role essential

A one of a kind opportunity has arisen with one of our key entertainment clients - an international organisation offering a varied, interesting and growing role within a dynamic, progressive environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Standalone role overseeing all HR activities for Melbourne
- Provide expertise to senior management on employee relations, performance management and all HR matters
- Assist in managing implementation of global HR initiatives
- Maintain immigration policy knowledge
- Compensation and benefits work including salary benchmarking and strategy development
- Train and support management on HR systems
- Manage all legal compliance, including policies
- HR administration including onboarding, contracts and records

This is just an outline of the role - there are plenty of ongoing projects and continuous improvement tasks happening to be involved with.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Solid experience in a HR Manager / Business Partner role
- Entertainment background beneficial
- Degree/business qualification equivalent
- Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
- A flexible and collaborative way of working
- Immigration process and HR Policy savvy
